Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CotizaSeguros.com collects, uses, shares and protects information. For questions or privacy requests, email hello@cotizaseguros.com.

1. Who we are

CotizaSeguros.com is an insurance marketing, information, comparison and lead-generation platform operated by Conde Agency LLC. Licensed insurance services are provided through Dylan Fernando Conde, NPN 19086795, or through other appropriately licensed insurance professionals or entities when a consumer affirmatively requests connection with them.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the request, we may collect:

  • Name, email and phone
  • ZIP code and state
  • Age or age range
  • Requested insurance product
  • Current insurance, current carrier and current premium
  • Coverage preferences
  • Vehicle and driving-history information
  • Property information
  • Business and employee-count information
  • Basic health-insurance eligibility information
  • Preferred language and communication preferences
  • Information you voluntarily enter into forms or messages

3. Health-insurance forms

For public health-insurance lead forms, CotizaSeguros does not intend to request detailed medical records, Social Security numbers, immigration-document numbers or financial-account credentials, unless a separate secure process specifically requires such information.

4. Information collected automatically

This may include:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device information
  • Site interactions
  • Referring source and landing page
  • UTM and campaign information
  • Google Analytics information
  • Necessary and analytics cookies

5. Analytics

We do not intentionally send consumer names, email addresses, phone numbers or health-insurance information to Google Analytics.

6. How we use information

Information may be used to:

  • Respond to insurance requests and provide insurance-shopping assistance
  • Provide informational historical estimates
  • Operate our CRM and determine state and product availability
  • Contact consumers regarding submitted requests
  • Match consumers with appropriately licensed insurance professionals and route insurance requests
  • Facilitate quotes and provide customer service
  • Protect security and prevent fraud
  • Analyze platform performance
  • Maintain consent and compliance records and satisfy applicable regulatory obligations

7. Lead Sharing, Referrals and Transfers

CotizaSeguros may refer, assign, route, share or transfer an insurance request to appropriately licensed insurance professionals, insurance agencies, insurance carriers, managing general agents (MGAs), wholesalers or other authorized insurance distribution partners when appropriate to respond to the consumer's insurance request.

When an insurance request will be delivered to a separate partner agency or insurance professional through CotizaSeguros' partner-routing process, CotizaSeguros may identify that partner to the consumer and obtain an affirmative Connect Me request before delivering the consumer's contact lead to that partner.

CotizaSeguros or its operator may receive compensation in connection with the generation, referral, routing, assignment or transfer of an insurance lead.

Receiving compensation does not mean that a particular provider offers the lowest price, best coverage or best insurance option available to the consumer. CotizaSeguros does not represent that it compares every carrier or insurance product available in the market.

8. Categories of information that may be shared

Depending on the consumer's request, information shared with an authorized insurance recipient may include contact information, state and ZIP code, requested insurance product, current insurance information, coverage preferences, vehicle information, property information, business information and other information reasonably necessary to respond to the insurance request.

CotizaSeguros does not intend to transfer detailed medical records, Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials or immigration-document numbers through its general lead-routing process.

9. Who may receive information

Recipients may include the following categories. Not every category receives every consumer's information.

  • Dylan Fernando Conde
  • Appropriately licensed insurance agents
  • Approved insurance agencies
  • Insurance carriers
  • MGAs and wholesalers
  • Authorized insurance distribution partners
  • CRM, database and website service providers
  • Communications and email providers
  • Security and fraud-prevention providers
  • Government or regulatory authorities when legally required

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence, the nature of the information and applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information. These rights may include access, correction, deletion, obtaining a portable copy of certain personal information, or opting out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising or other regulated processing. Not every right applies to every visitor.

To submit a privacy request, email hello@cotizaseguros.com.

Where applicable, you may appeal a decision regarding a privacy request by emailing hello@cotizaseguros.com with 'Privacy Appeal' in the subject line.

11. Opt out of certain sale or sharing

Depending on applicable state law, you may have the right to opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information. You may submit an applicable request by emailing hello@cotizaseguros.com. An opt-out applies going forward and may not retrieve information already lawfully transferred before the request.

12. Historical pricing

CotizaSeguros may use anonymized and/or aggregated historical insurance data to develop informational pricing ranges, analytics and comparison tools. Public pricing estimates are not intended to identify existing customers and do not constitute an insurance quote, offer of coverage, guarantee of eligibility, guarantee of savings or guarantee of premium.

13. Communication preferences

You may ask that communications stop by:

  • Replying STOP to supported SMS communications
  • Using the unsubscribe link in applicable marketing email
  • Asking during a telephone call
  • Emailing hello@cotizaseguros.com

14. Stopping one channel

Asking us to stop one communication channel does not necessarily cancel your underlying insurance request.

15. Health insurance and the Marketplace

Submitting a health-insurance request through CotizaSeguros does not by itself authorize CotizaSeguros, an agent, broker or partner to enroll, change or cancel Health Insurance Marketplace coverage. Marketplace enrollment or application assistance that requires consumer authorization uses a separate Marketplace-compliant consent process, and that documentation is stored separately.

16. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

17. Retention

We keep information as reasonably necessary for business, regulatory, consent, security and dispute purposes.

18. Children

This website is intended for adults 18 and older.

19. Third-party websites

Insurance carriers, partners and other providers may have their own privacy practices, which we encourage you to review.

20. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. Contact: hello@cotizaseguros.com.
