1. Acceptance of terms

By using CotizaSeguros.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Website purpose

CotizaSeguros.com is an insurance marketing, information, comparison and lead-generation platform operated by Conde Agency LLC.

3. Not an insurance carrier

CotizaSeguros.com and Conde Agency LLC are not insurance carriers.

4. Licensed services

Insurance transactions, recommendations and other activities requiring insurance licensure are performed only by appropriately licensed insurance professionals or entities where authorized, including Dylan Fernando Conde, NPN 19086795.

5. Lead generation, referrals and compensation

CotizaSeguros may connect, refer, assign, route or transfer an insurance request to appropriately licensed insurance professionals, agencies or authorized insurance distribution partners.

CotizaSeguros or its operator may receive compensation in connection with the generation, referral, routing, assignment or transfer of insurance leads.

Such compensation does not constitute a representation that the receiving provider offers the lowest price, best coverage or best insurance option available.

CotizaSeguros does not represent that it compares every insurance carrier or insurance product available in the marketplace.

6. No coverage guarantee

Submitting a request does not bind coverage. Coverage is only effective when actually bound or otherwise confirmed by an authorized carrier or appropriately authorized insurance professional.

7. Estimates

Historical pricing estimates and ranges are informational only. They are not carrier-issued quotes, binding offers, guaranteed premiums, guarantees of savings, guarantees of eligibility or confirmation of coverage.

8. Third-party insurance decisions

Insurance carriers, agencies and licensed insurance professionals are responsible for their own underwriting, eligibility, pricing, coverage, binding and claims decisions. CotizaSeguros does not control or guarantee those independent decisions.

9. Carrier availability

Not every carrier or insurance product is available in every state.

10. Consumer responsibility

You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

11. Communications

Consumers who affirmatively request an insurance quote or additional information may be contacted regarding that specific request as described at the point of submission.

A separate external partner does not receive the consumer's full contact lead through the partner-routing workflow until the applicable Connect Me action is completed.

A general insurance request is not treated as blanket authorization for every future seller or every type of prerecorded or artificial-voice telemarketing.

12. Intellectual property

CotizaSeguros branding, website content, design and proprietary tools are protected.

13. Third-party services

Carriers, partners and insurance professionals may maintain their own privacy policies, terms, underwriting rules, eligibility requirements and insurance contracts.

14. Website availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

15. General disclaimer

Website information does not replace actual policy forms, exclusions, limitations, conditions, endorsements or carrier underwriting requirements.

16. Changes

These terms may be updated prospectively from the date of publication.
